Ingredients
Butter, for greasing
1/2 loaf of sliced white loaf bread
1 pound fresh bulk pork sausage with sage
10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated
2 cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
5 large eggs, lightly beaten
Directions
Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and spread in the bottom of a greased 9- by 13- by 2- inch casserole dish.
In a medium skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove the sausage with a slotted spoon to drain the fat. Spread the cooked sausage over the bread and top with the cheese. Then stir together the, half-and-half, dry mustard, salt and eggs. Pour this mixture over the cheese. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
The next day, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake the covered casserole until set and slightly golden, about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to set for 15 minutes before serving.

1 lb sausage

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain well.
Arrange bread in a single layer in prepared pan. Top with sausage and cheese.
Whisk together milk, eggs, french onion dip, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake casserole covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes, until eggs are set.

Ingredients
About a 1/2 lb French baguette 12 1/2-inch slices
6 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pecan pie topping:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pecan halves somewhat crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
Slice bread and lay it over the bottom of the casserole dish (you may have to overlap the bread slices slightly).
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, 3 Tbsp brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, until smooth.
Pour egg mixture slowly all over the bread, making sure there are no dry spots on the bread. Press on bread slices. Set aside.
In a small sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in brown sugar and corn syrup.
Once the mixture is heated through and sugar is melting, stir in pecans and cinnamon. Cook for a few minutes and take off heat.
Scoop small spoonfuls of pecan pie mixture all over the bread, making sure it’s covering the bread evenly.
Bake French toast casserole for 40-43 minutes.
Serve warm.
4. Hash brown Breakfast Casserole

A Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole is perfect when you need to feed a crowd first thing in the morning. Eggs, sausage and hashbrowns are layered in a casserole dish, topped with cheese and baked to a gooey golden brown.
Ingredients
30 ounces shredded hash brown potatoes thawed
1 lb ground breakfast sausage (I love Jimmy Deans All Natural)
1 medium onion finely diced
1 red pepper diced
½ cup butter
10 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 cups shredded cheddar
3 green onions thin sliced (divided)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick baking spray.
Place the thawed hash browns in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Brown the pork sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. When it is about halfway browned add the onions and red bell pepper cooking until the sausage is browned and the onions are soft. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour over the hash brown potatoes stirring to coat. Top with half the shredded cheddar. Spoon the cooled sausage vegetable mixture over the potatoes.
Beat the eggs, milk, marjoram, thyme, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Pour it into the casserole and top with the remaining cheese and half of the green onions.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and no longer wiggly in the middle. Sprinkle with remaining green onions. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
5. Cowboy Breakfast Casserole

This breakfast casserole is loaded with flavor thanks to strips of bacon, chopped chives, garlic, and shredded cheese. But it’s the crispy tater tot topping that makes it so good!
Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef , (85/15)
1 cup corn
2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded and divided
1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup bacon , cooked and crumbled
32 ounces tater tots
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, ½ cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet and mix well.
In a 9×13 pan layer the beef, then the cheese and finally line up the tater tots before baking for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
